- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines. Working closely with the architecture team and infrastructure team.

- Continuously monitor and optimize the Data systems to enhance efficiency and the customer experience within the context of the financial services sector.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and system configuration, changes, and Agile development processes, while adhering to industry compliance requirements.

- At least 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Strong experience with C#;
- Good knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps;
- Experience with SQL;
- Knowledge of React is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Microservices and Containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
