Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
-Work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
-Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable deliverables.
Business Process Modeling:
-Map, document, and analyze existing business processes using tools such as BPMN or UML.
-Propose optimizations to improve efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and align processes with organizational goals.
Requirement Management:
-Define, prioritize, and validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
-Ensure traceability of requirements from inception to delivery.
Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration:
-Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
-Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and align on project goals.
Solution Design and Testing:
-Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
-Participate in testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
-Develop detailed business analysis reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
-Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools;
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello);
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI or Tableau);
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle;
- Knowledge of API integrations;
- Good knowledge of English.
