- Provide project leadership and process expertise, ensuring deadlines and budgets.
- Engage early with senior leaders across business teams.
- Lead steering mtgs to drive decisions and share risks/issues/dependencies.
- Challenge processes, defend simplicity and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Ensure system integrators follow fit-to-standard, govern exceptions.
- Manage program and dependencies across workstreams.
- Handle sign-offs W/ 3rd parties, integrators and business.

- At least 10 years' experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience in the full transformation lifecycle of similar scale;
- Strong stakeholder, supplier, coaching and leadership management skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project;
- Good knowledge of English.
