-Knowing the evolution of the product(s) with the respective supplier(s), analyzing the respective release notes, market announcements and product roadmap, assessing impact and proposing actions/roadmaps for implementation;
-In the event that initiatives are needed to make these new versions operational, they can act as Business Analysts in the construction of SoWs, monitor the respective Procurement processes and take part in technical assessments.
- At least 10 years' experience in managing complex solutions/projects/programs using the Waterfall methodology;
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics solution, in particular the Sales and Services modules, in a B2B and B2C market context;
- Good knowledge of English.
