- Identify, document, and communicate Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and tooling recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.

- Deliver Solution Blueprints, detailing architectural approaches, key decisions, and data/application impact.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a technical advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.

- At least 5 years' experience in a senior architecture role;
- At least 10 years' proven experience in software development;
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technology solutions, including API, middleware, integrations and data management;
- Good knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials, architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SoftCo financial process automation tools;
- Experience in the retail sector, with a solid understanding of retail business processes and financial systems;
- Good knowledge of English.
