- Active participation in the analysis of internal processes and the continuous improvement of HR management practices.
- Support in managing timesheets, overtime and absences, organizing vacations and other absences.
- Preparing and managing administrative reports relating to employees and their performance.
- Support in the feedback process, both for managers and employees.
- Participating in Human Resources teams to implement new policies or processes relating to employee well-being and development.
- Collaboration in drawing up action plans to resolve day-to-day issues relating to people within the organization.
- Have curiosity, initiative and a sense of organization
- Have a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar areas.
- Have good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Be eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship.
