-Manage the complete life cycle of defects, from identification to resolution and closure;
-Act as a point of contact between QA, development and project management teams;
-Prioritize, categorize and track defects in tools such as JIRA, ALM, Quality Center, among others;
-Participating in defect triage meetings and ensuring their correct documentation and communication;
-Ensuring that all defects are dealt with within the defined SLAs;
-Producing status reports, trends and quality metrics for stakeholders.
-At least 4 years' experience in a similar role;
-Proven experience in defect management and software quality;
-Familiarity with test cycles, continuous integration environments and Agile/Waterfall processes;
-Knowledge of defect management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla);
-Excellent communication and organizational skills;
-Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities;
-Fluency in English (oral and written).
