- Administration, installation and configuration of applications in production and non-production environments, with a focus on performance tuning, monitoring and continuous improvement of service efficiency.
- Technical support for applications, including incident resolution, change and release management, as well as the creation of technical documentation (guides, backups, procedures).
- Automating recurring administrative tasks, contributing to the technical knowledge base and producing reports on application availability, performance and capacity.
