- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
- Good ability to manage and maintain Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Intune platforms, including updates, software distribution, security updates, and compliance policies;
- Solid knowledge of endpoint and mobile device management via Intune, including profile configuration, compliance policies, MDM/MAM, and integration with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint;
- Good knowledge of Portuguese.
