- Monitoring project meetings.
- Controlling team members activities and tasks.
- Carrying out documentation and administrative tasks within the area.
- Reviewing and managing backlog items to ensure that the latest work status is up to date and in line with the clients instructions.
- Control of team timesheets and service records.
- Control of POs (updating, recording, sending invoicing and receiving invoices).
- Follow GALP standards in internal administrative/financial management procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practice to progress the work of the team.
- 2 years of experience in IS/IT project management.
- Administrative and financial knowledge of team management.
- Knowledge of service delivery management.
- Experience in various methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall).
- Project management and financial control skills.
- Experience in communicating with different stakeholders.
- Good kowledge of English.
