-Lead the day-to-day operation of the PMO function across the EPOS transformation
-Define and enforce programme governance standards, processes, and reporting cycles
-Own the programme’s RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework and ensure effective tracking and escalation
-Oversee integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and dependency management
-Manage programme reporting to steering groups, exec stakeholders, and senior leadership
-Support programme/quality assurance across all delivery activities, including stage gates and audit readiness
-Lead and mentor a team of PMO Analysts and PMO Coordinators
-Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR to ensure alignment with commercial and resource processes
-Drive continual improvement of PMO tools and best practices
-Mininum of 8 years of experience on similar roles
-Proven experience leading PMO functions in large-scale, complex programmes (ideally retail or EPOS-related)
-Exceptional skills in governance, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting
-Strong PMO leadership experience across a number of Programmes.
-Experience in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments
-Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project portfolio tools (e.g. Planisware, Clarity, or similar)
-Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills at all levels
-Good knowledge of English
