- Engage with the Project Manager to understand the scope of their solution.
- Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.
- Plan and coordinate the transition activities in alignment with the project delivery lifecycle.
- Define the detail to align the technology solution to the standard service model, and identify and document any exceptions as part of the Service Design.
- Develop service transition plans using standard project management tools.
- Identify the project documentation to be handed over to operational support teams.
- Use metrics and project plans to assess the success of the project and make necessary changes.
- At least 5 years of experience in roles related to service transition;
- Solid knowledge of service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira;
- An ‘agile’ mindset to deal with change and new developments;
- Good knowledge of English.
- Although the project is remote, you must be living in Portugal.
