Responsibilities

- Have overall accountability for the technology delivery of Data & Analytics products and services to the Franchise programme, ensuring product, project, programme teams and delivery partners work effectively.

- Understand the data & reporting requirements from all the various streams and the impact the requirements have on existing data & reporting.

- Identify, collate and validate Franchise requirements that need to be enabled by Data & Analytics products and services.

- Define the solution architecture, data model, integration and ETL requirements. Oversee the implementation and validate, working with Tech Heads to ensure that IT systems meet business needs.

- Prepare and present solution blueprints, KDD’s and other architecture documents to the relevant Architecture Design Authorities as needed.

- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and change to ensure delivery of results. Ensure that technological risks and issues are identified and brought to the Programme Teams awareness, suggest mitigation plans and gain approval.

- Plan and suggest allocation of technical resources based on program and project needs.

Essential skills

- At least 10 years of proven experience in a related field, along with experience in Team Management and Leadership;
- Solid, up-to-date knowledge of technologies, trends, and practices in large-scale data and analytics;
- Strong ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using visualization and analysis techniques to solve defined business problems;
- Proven experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and in prioritizing and delegating activities;
- Good knowledge of English.

What do I need before I apply

- Although the project is remote, you must be living in Portugal.
