-Define and communicate the product vision aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

-Create, prioritize, and manage a detailed product backlog.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

-Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

-Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews).

-Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance.

-Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitor product performance, user adoption, and market feedback.

-At least 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the financial services domain.

-Strong understanding of financial products such as credit management, loans, and insurance.

-Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks.

-Good knowledge of English
