Responsibilities

Design and Development phase:

-Participate in defining requirements and clarifying interfaces

-Coordinating data flows and business logic between IT and users

-Perform integration tests and support UAT tests with users

-Registering and monitoring tasks in Jira

-Ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation in Confluence and Jira

 

Deployment and Hypercare phase:

-Monitor deployment in a production environment

-Direct support for users during the hypercare phase

-Updating and creating new documentation

-Participation in Agile meetings for alignment and prioritization

 

Maintenance activities (Salesforce CRM):

-Perform advanced queries on the database (SQL)

-Supporting business data needs

-Diagnosing and proposing solutions to technical and functional problems

-Present action plans based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

Desired skills

 -Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

-Experience with CRM

-Solid knowledge of SQL and databases

-Ability to document and record tasks in Jira and Confluence

-Experience with Agile methodologies

-Knowledge of UAT and post-production support (Hypercare)

-Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills

-Professional level of English (oral and written)
