Responsibilities

The Train Release Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes through development, test, and production environments. It implied also the coordination of 3 processes: Release Management, Change Management and Incident Management. This role involves working collaboratively with all participants in software development projects. Considering Train releases, the goal will be to translate the needs (Trains releases, HotFix, Incidents, Bugs, BAU, Vulnerabilities, Ad Hoc requests (scripts), Obsolescence) into a detailed releases roadmap with the associated reports.

Essential skills

-Experience in IT Release, Change and Incident Management;

-Experience of reporting on the content/progress of releases and monitor the roadmaps;

-Building and maintaining a request for change and approval process

-Goog level of English;
