Expleo is currently recruiting a Lead Business Analyst. In this role, you will join our high-performing team of Business Analysts and operate as a senior member of the function, providing expert advice while managing and coordinating key areas of Business Analysis. You will have the opportunity to oversee technical aspects of Business Analysis projects, applying established frameworks and tools, and developing project plans that deliver on time and within budget.

-Manage and coordinate multiple phases of business analysis projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

-Gather, validate, and document business requirements; map end-to-end processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).

-Lead workshops and apply recognised standards, tools, and methodologies.

-Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure requirement coverage.

-Identify risks, support project planning, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

-Conduct data analysis, support documentation (BRDs, data mapping, traceability), and contribute to testing and change management.

-Provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to develop team capability.

-Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within complex programmes or projects.

-Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process design.

-Proficiency in prioritisation techniques (e.g., MoSCoW) and risk management related to requirements.

-Hands-on experience in data analysis, including preparation of data dictionaries and data mapping documentation.

-Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and proven ability to support QA activities.
