The Release Manager/DevOps Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, developing (build pipeline and Azure Infra) and overseeing the deployment of software releases across the teams.
This role ensures that releases are delivered smoothly and reliably. The Release Manager acts as a bridge between development, operations, and business stakeholders. They focus on flow efficiency, risk mitigation, and governance, while enabling continuous delivery and incremental value delivery through the value stream.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Release Manager/DevOps Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge (design and construction) of Azure infrastructure, using ARM (Bicep) models.
- Experience in code development or release pipeline construction.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, while aligning release plans with business priorities.
- Experience in defining release schedules and dependencies between teams.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to release activities.
- Experience in developing contingency plans for implementations or rollbacks.
- Experience with keeping stakeholders informed about the status, issues, and results of releases.
- Experience in monitoring releases after deployment to ensure their stability and performance.
- Experience in coordinating releases and support teams.
- Good knowledge of English.
