-Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.

-Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver features.

-Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

-Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

-Integrate applications with third-party APIs and services.

-Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across the team.

-Support CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery practices.

-5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.

-Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.

-Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, or similar).

-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

-Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

-Experience with testing frameworks (RSpec, Capybara, etc.).

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

-Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

-The candidate must already be living in Portugal.
