- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role;

- Professional experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) – preferably in the Field Service module;

- Professional knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.);

- Knowledge of Javascript and C# plug-ins is highly valued;

- Strong knowledge of English and Portuguese.
