- Solid experience (5+ years) in VMware projects, with a proven track record in consulting and implementation;

- Deep knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion);

- Hands-on experience in VMware infrastructure architecture and design, including SAN/NAS storage integration;

- Ability to create documentation and guidelines for environment expansion and scalability;

- Fluency in English (spoken and written), with a practical and results-oriented attitude.
