-Manage and coordinate project activities within the Management Control function.

-Prepare and deliver follow-up presentations (PowerPoint) for project tracking and performance updates.

-Support budget management and financial planning processes.

-Monitor key financial and operational KPIs to ensure project alignment with business goals.

-Collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders across the bank.

-Ensure accurate and efficient reporting to senior management.

-4+ years of experience in consulting or financial project management.

-Strong experience in budgeting, financial control, and project follow-up.

-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory).

-Fluent in English (written and spoken).

-Knowledge of wholesale banking and management control processes is a strong plus.

-Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

-The candidate must already be living in Portugal.
