- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally in similar roles;
- Experience in vulnerability exploitation and risk management;
- Ability to implement new processes and promote alignment between teams;
- Profile with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills;
- High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking;
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, scripting (Python), and Windows and UNIX operating systems is valued;
- Experience in dashboarding, reporting, and KPI monitoring is an asset;
- Good knowledge of English.
