- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience administering, configuring, and implementing the ServiceNow platform;
- Strong command of ITIL processes and the Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management modules;
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and API integration (SOAP, REST, MID Server);
- Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades;
- ServiceNow CSA certification is highly valued, as well as experience with ITOM, ITBM, and workflow automation;
- Good knowledge of English.
