- Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar role as Defect Manager or Test Manager;
- Proven experience in defect lifecycle management, ensuring effective triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking across multiple teams;
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Confluence;
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience supporting cross-functional delivery teams;
- ISTQB Foundation Level or higher certification (preferred);
- Previous experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
