- Professional experience (3-4 years) in project management roles, with practical experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies, understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders in IT contexts;

- SCRUM certification (preferably Scrum Master) valued;

- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
