We are looking for a Salesforce Test Lead to join our testing team and lead key international projects focused on Salesforce Retail Cloud and Customer Data Cloud.

-Define the test approach for Salesforce deliveries, including scope, acceptance criteria, exit criteria, timelines, and milestones.

-Analyze requirements, user stories, and process flows to design robust test scenarios.

-Own test data management for each release and coordinate data needs with relevant teams.

-Develop and execute manual test scripts for Salesforce platform components.

-Lead the defect triage process and ensure effective communication between development and business teams.

-Provide stakeholders with clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and risks.

-Ensure alignment with VWFS Test Strategy and Salesforce best practices.

-Coordinate both onshore and offshore QA teams.

-Maintain relationships with external Salesforce development and test automation partners.

-Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and enhancing Salesforce test strategies.

-Ensure proper test data management and environment readiness across Salesforce clouds.

-5+ years as a Test Lead

-2+ years as a Salesforce Test Lead

-Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Retail Cloud & Customer Data Cloud)

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Experience working in international teams

-Highly proactive, accountable, and adaptable

-Strong organizational and team coordination abilities

-Fluent in English

-Hands-on experience with JIRA + Xray/Zephyr

-ISTQB Foundation certification
