- Professional experience (5 years or more) in leading development teams and familiarity with new technologies and emerging projects;
- Good knowledge and practical application of project management frameworks;
- Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems;
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
