- Professional experience (minimum of 3 years) in software development using C#/.NET;
- Experience in production support and application maintenance;
- Experience in Agile teams and ticket-based work (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.);
- Experience in supporting and maintaining CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred, but also Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco, Drupal, WordPress, among others);
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
