- Professional experience (3-4 years minimum) in Business Analyst roles;
- Practical experience with MS Office, SQL, R, Python and Unix;
- Solid knowledge of requirements definition based on Business Use Cases and Method Use Cases;
- Professional experience in the aviation sector as a Business Analyst is mandatory;
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems and pay attention to detail.
