-Define and implement the overall test strategy for the project
-Lead and mentor the QA team
-Plan, estimate, and manage testing cycles
-Ensure appropriate test coverage (functional, regression, integration, UAT, etc.)
-Manage defects and ensure proper prioritization and resolution
-Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams
-Report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
-Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead
-Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
-Experience in defining test plans and test strategies
-Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail or similar)
-Solid background in functional and integration testing
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skil
-Experience in the Financial Services sector (banking, insurance, fintech, payments) – a strong plus
-Experience with test automation
-Exposure to CI/CD environments
-ISTQB certification
