- Define and execute project test strategies, ensuring test planning, environment readiness, and successful delivery within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate testing activities across internal, external, and nearshore teams, managing daily defect triage, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Monitor test quality, risks, and KPIs, providing regular status updates and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Drive Go-Live readiness by validating exit criteria, verifying critical business scenarios, and producing final test reports to support release decisions.
