- Professional experience (3-4 years) in similar roles, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (transactional emails);
- Experience in creating, configuring, and validating templates, as well as supporting transactional journeys;
- Ability to provide 3rd-level support and resolve incidents in production;
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (requirements refinement and stakeholder engagement);
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
