- Define and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Lead the implementation of X-Ray (Jira) as the test management tool.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure quality, scalability, and best automation practices.
- Act as a technical reference for the team and mentor mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with X-Ray (Jira) in enterprise environments.
- Experience in medium/large-scale projects (ideally regulated or global environments).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- Proficiency in one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Solid knowledge of Git.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
