- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases and regression suites.
- Ensure CI/CD integration and monitor automation pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and global/offshore teams.
- Mentor automation engineers and support code reviews.
- Drive quality improvements, root-cause analysis, and automation strategy.
- Evaluate and prioritize automation needs and the impact of changes.
- Strong experience in test automation (Playwright or Selenium).
- Solid OOP knowledge (preferably C#).
- Experience with APIs, Git, and ALM tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience in international environments.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineering (CTAL-TAE).
- Agile experience.
- Knowledge of financial services (leasing, fleet, etc.).
- German language skills.
- Performance testing experience.
