- Manage and optimize on-premises infrastructure (Linux, Proxmox, storage, networking).
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible and IaC principles.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Operate Kubernetes workloads (day-to-day ops & troubleshooting).
- Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and incident response (24/7 on-call).
- Collaborate with teams and maintain technical documentation.
- 7+ years in Infrastructure / DevOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with on-prem environments.
- Proxmox (KVM) and Linux administration expertise.
- Ansible (production use).
- Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
- Storage & high-availability concepts.
- CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar).
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Scripting (Bash, Python or similar).
- Docker & Kubernetes (operational knowledge).
- Basic to intermediate AWS and/or Azure.
- Database administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and communication skills.
- Professional English.
- Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
- Strong interest in cloud growth and automation.
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset.
