- Professional experience (3-5 years) in a Solution Architect role or similar;
- Solution design and technical documentation (logical/physical architecture, specs, blueprints), translating requirements into development deliverables;
- Technical leadership within the squad, ensuring non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) and architectural alignment;
- Stakeholder management and technical decision-making, aligning solutions with business goals and organizational standards;
- Technology selection and integrations, risk and technical debt mitigation, and close collaboration with DevOps on continuous delivery pipelines;
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
