-Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile apps (run & change)
-Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers
-Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into user stories
-Manage and prioritize product backlog and releases
-Ensure app quality, performance, and App Store / Play Store compliance
-Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendors
-Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technical improvements
-5+ years in Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst roles
-Proven experience delivering mobile applications (iOS & Android)
-Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
-Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
-Experience managing: o Backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria o Sprint planning, releases, and delivery tracking
-Solid understanding of: o Mobile architectures and API integrations o App Store / Play Store release processes o CI/CD and mobile testing practices
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-Experience balancing maintenance, enhancements, and new feature delivery
-Good English
-The applicant must already be living in Portugal.
